What is Remote Support
Our online support system allows us
(with your permission) to access your PC or Server via
the Internet, and work on your computer remotely as if
we were sitting in front of it.
Benefits of using this feature
Remotely controlling your computer allows us to
provide immediate technical assistance, and since we
offer this service at a reduced rate (see pricing below), this also helps
keep costs down. You don't have to install
software, purchase licenses, or learn complex
procedures.
Security
For your security, you must initiate the
remote session in order for our technicians to remotely
access your computer. This means that you are in control
of when this feature is used, you can assume partial or
full control of the keyboard and mouse, and you can end
the remote session at any time. To maintain your
privacy and security, during the remote session, we offer a 128-bit encrypted
connection between your computer and our server.
Getting started
Simply contact an N&D Solutions support
technician, and provide some information about your
computer and the problem you are experiencing. The support technician will
determine if remote assistance is the best course of
action, and if so, will provide you
with a User Name and Password. Please see pricing
